WE'D like to wish all speedway and stock car fans a Happy New Year as we look forward to 2023.
There was real progress made in 2022, especially in the closing weeks of the year, both with the refusal of the Brandon Estates planning application, and the acceptance of the Notice of Motion which will see the Council investigate ways in which the stadium could be re-opened.
