NEW DATE FOR INQUIRY RESUMPTION

THE date for the resumption of the public inquiry into the Brandon Estates appeal has been put back by three weeks.

It will now take place on November 27/28, with the opening day primarily involving the outstanding issue of NHS funding.

The final day of the inquiry, expected to be November 28, will see all parties make their closing submissions.

The Inspector's decision will then be communicated at a later date.
